Shocking CCTV footage shows the moment a brazen thief steals parcels from outside an Ashford resident's door – before returning to repeat the crime.
Shannon Niblo was left "sickened" after watching back the videos which capture the man striking twice in the space of three days.
The Victoria Crescent resident says the various parcels that were stolen from the communal area of a block of flats amounted to "hundreds of pounds worth" of goods.
"It's sickening watching it back and seeing him walk away with my parcels once, let alone twice," she said.
"Thankfully I was able to claim the money back from the companies that sent the items but I really want to stop this from happening again, or to someone else.
"I'm hoping by releasing the CCTV footage that anyone else in the building will be vigilant, and perhaps might recognise him.
"I have no idea how he got into the building, let alone twice."
The first video shows the man, who is wearing a blue jacket with a hood, pick up at least three parcels and walk down the corridor and out of shot.
The second, which is dated three days later, shows the same man – this time walking a pushbike – pick up a single, much larger package and walk out the same way.
A police spokesman confirmed the incident had been reported to the force, and officers were appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
"Theft of parcels was reported from the communal area of a building in Victoria Crescent, Ashford," he added.
"The offences are reported to have taken place between 11am on Monday, December 12 and 10pm on Thursday, December 15."
