Police are investigating break-ins at two properties in Ashford town centre last week.

Cash was stolen from Brooks Hairdressing in Bank Street, after offenders broke into the premises sometime between 10pm in Thursday night and 7am on Friday morning.

They then gained access to the Lucky Star newsagents, where a quantity of cigarettes, tobacco and cash were taken.

Investigations are on-going and anyone with information should contact Kent Police on 101.
