A coffin - unused and open to offers - was among the items for sale at an Ashford boot fair this weekend.

The macabre object, on sale at Ashford's Cattle Market boot fair on Sunday, was spotted by bargain-hunter Ann George.

She said: "I have never seen anything like this before. A coffin advertised as - new and unused and open to offers".

"What made me laugh was he had a book on top of the coffin about healthy eating."
