A crash which partially blocked a main route between Ashford and Maidstone has now cleared.
Emergency services, including police and ambulance, responded to an accident involving two vehicles at 8.23am on the A20 near Charing.
Drivers were advised to approach the road with caution following the crash, which happened near to the junction with Hart Hill.
Two female patients were assessed by paramedics but did not require hospital treatment.
The incident was cleared just before midday.
A spokeswoman for police said: "We were called at 8.23am on Friday 20 December 2019 to a report of a collision involving two cars.
"Officers and the South East Coast Ambulance service attended the scene on the A20 Charing, Ashford near to the junction with Hart Hill.
"Patrols were at the scene until around 11.50am."
Ambulance spokesman Rich Airy added: "Shortly before 8.30am we responded to reports of a two vehicle collision on the A20 near Charing.
"One ambulance was sent to the scene.
"Two patients declined treatment and further two female patients were checked over but did not require hospital treatment."
