Officers investigating a crash in which an elderly man suffered a serious injury are on the look out for dashcam footage.

Police investigating the crash Ashford are appealing for witnesses including those with dashcam footage to come forward.

The crash happened today at about 12.30pm on the A28 Chart Road, and involved a blue Volkswagen Golf.

An 82-year-old pedestrian suffered serious head injuries after being hit by the car and he was airlifted to a London hospital.
