A luxury car owner was airlifted to hospital following a crash with a van.
The 63-year-old man sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to a London hospital after the collision involving his Porsche 911 Carrera and a Transit van.
The incident happened shortly before 4.30pm on Monday at the junction with the A252 and Bagham Lane, at Chilham.
The driver of the transit van sustained minor injuries.
Police closed the road until after 8pm while the Serious Crash Investigation Unit inspected the scene.
