A key road was blocked by a crashed lorry.

The HGV came off the A251 Faversham Road near Challock, Ashford , at 5pm and an accident is believed to have taken place.

Both directions were closed for almost an hour and a half, with traffic queuing from White Hill to Wye Road.

The road re-opened at 6.25pm.
