A driver who died in a two-car crash has been named.
Grant Woollard, 27, died after sustaining multiple injuries when his purple Ford Fiesta collided with a black Volvo XC90 on Chart Road in Ashford at about 9.30pm on Friday.
The John Amoore Lane resident, who was born in Gravesend, worked as a vape technician.
The cars were travelling in opposite directions when they crashed near the Matalan roundabout.
Police closed the road between Brookfield Road and the roundabout on Templer Way to allow officers from the serious collision investigation unit to investigate.
The driver of the Volvo suffered minor injuries, but Mr Woollard died at the scene.
An air ambulance landed in Great Chart football field at about 10.30pm and left the scene shortly after 11pm.

A full inquest into the cause of his death will be held at the Archbishop's Palace in Maidstone on Monday, April 8.
