A crash involving a car and a lorry caused delays for drivers on a busy roundabout.

The accident, which happened just before 4pm, blocked parts of Dovers Roundabout in Ashford near Templer Way and Fougeres Way.

Officers attended and the road was cleared at about 4.15pm.

No one was injured.

It came as the London-bound carriageway of the M20 is closed nearby following a multi-vehicle collision.

The air ambulance has been called to the serious incident on the motorway between Junction 10a for Ashford and Junction 8 for the Maidstone services and Leeds Castle.

Drivers have been stuck for more than 90 minutes following the accident involving two lorries.

Traffic travelling coastbound was also temporarily held for the air ambulance to land but has since reopened.
