'Bucket list man’ Ian Mitcheson has had a drumming lesson.

When the 42-year-old was told the devastating news that prostate cancer had spread to his spine and was terminal, he decided to take a positive approach and embarked on completing a wish list of things he wants to do 'before he kicks the bucket’.

The Kentish Express has been tracking his 'bucket list’ and when one reader spotted it, he offered him a drumming lesson with Lee Golledge of Diverse Music in Bilting.

Thrilled Mr Mitcheson, who lives in Hawkinge with wife Sue and lots of cats, said he learned a lot and he has booked himself some extra lessons.
