The fight to decide who will represent Ashford and Folkestone in the House of Commons is now under way.

Five candidates are contesting the Ashford seat, while in Folkestone six candidates are seeking your votes on Thursday May 6.

Campaigning has now started and throughout the next four weeks the Kentish Express will be carrying regular reports in the paper on the candidates' policies and what they've been up to on the hustings.
