There are just three weeks left until quiz buffs get the chance to put their brains into gear for one of the most keenly contested knowledge challenges of the year.

The Big Quiz is being held at the Ashford International Hotel on Friday, October 15.

Money raised on the night will be divided between the Pilgrims Hospice, the Mayor of Ashford’s charity appeal and the children’s road safety department of the KM Charity Team.

A table for eight people is £60 which works out at £7.50 per person and includes a ploughman’s meal and glass of wine.

Simon Dolby from the KM Charity Team, who run the event, said: “Questions will be carefully selected to ensure everyone enjoys themselves.

“There will be a mix of easy ones to appeal to the quiz novices, as well as a number of tougher brain-teasers to guarantee the eventual winner has earned it.”
