A family-owned garage which has been running for more than 50 years has closed.

Crouch's Garage, in Church Road, Kennington, shut its doors for the final time last week, leaving customers shocked at the loss of the historic business.

The Crouch family have declined to comment.

The Crouch name has been synonymous with Ashford for decades, with the family running the Willesborough garage in Hythe Road before it became a Budgens.
