The Hogwarts express is coming to Kent this evening, with fans of the books coming together to celebrate the series of spellbinding books.
Libraries throughout Kent are taking part in the Harry Potter Book Night, including book clubs in Ashford, Canterbury and Deal.
The event allows people of all ages to take part and share their magical memories of reading J K Rowling's novels.
The first year was considered a great success with the event being held around the world in 10,500 different venues.
This year there are 11,200 events planned to go ahead tonight, with nine of those taking place in Kent.
Those who are casting spells, ideas and plans for their own Harry Potter night are sharing them on twitter through the hashtag '#HarryPotterBookNight'.
The annual event runs alongside national Libraries day, which has the motto use it, love it, join it.
Participating Libraries will allow children between the ages of seven and eleven to join in on arts and crafts activities to brew their imaginations, with book readings taking place at participating libraries.
Those young muggles that wish to attend are invited to wear fancy dress and expect to be quizzed on their knowledge of Hogwarts potions, spells and other trivia.
Canterbury library are holding a more adult night, allowing veteran Harry Potter fans to discuss Themes and Characters from the first book.
Karin Backlog, a customer services development librarian for Kent County Council, said: "At Ashford Library we’re getting ready to host an unforgettable Night of Spells.
"We’ll be sharing the wonder of J K Rowling’s unforgettable stories, and, most excitingly, introducing the next generation of readers to the unparalleled magic of Harry Potter."
