Despite the poor weather forecast, more than 13,000 music fans poured into Ashford’s Victoria Park to enjoy the 17th annual Create Festival.
The music festival, one of the largest free events of its kind in the South East, welcomed a host of local musicians, bands and acts on Sunday.
Organiser Chris Dixon said: “Create 2012 has been amazing and without doubt the best year ever.
“I cannot thank everybody enough, from all the local business sponsors and council funding through to all the local bands and volunteers that have given their time for free this weekend.
“But what really made Create for me this year is the thousands of young people and families that flocked there on Sunday, proving that Create continues to be relevant and highly valued in the community.”
The headline acts included Citizens!, Green Diesel, BLANKA and Slam Cartel.
