A person had to be cut free from a car and treated by medics following a crash.

Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to a crash involving a single car in The Street, Kennington, Ashford, at around 1.30pm.

Crews used the jaws of life to remove the roof of the car and freed a casualty on a longboard.

Crews made the scene safe and handed care of the casualty over to SECAmb.
