Folkestone Invicta maintained their unbeaten start to the Ryman League Division 1 South season on Saturday thanks to an early goal from Frankie Chappell.
The defender, pictured, rose unchallenged to head home an 11th-minute free-kick in what proved to be the only chance of a scrappy first half.
Fleet then dominated the second half but were unable to find an equaliser. The closest they came was when a shot by defender Ian Griffin hit the bar.
Folkestone are at home on Tuesday to Whitstable Town, who won 2-1 against Merstham at the weekend.
