A derelict house has been burned out by a huge fire in Ashford.
They were alerted at 12.48pm on Saturday to the incident in Kingsnorth Road.
Five pumps originally attended, which was later reduced to three and an aerial ladder.
The bungalow, which has been empty for a number of years and was surrounded by scaffolding, has been virtually destroyed.
A next door neighbour and her dog had to be rescued by frefighters after the flames spread to her property, blocking her exit.
She did not need hospital treatment but 20 per cent of her property was damaged.
