Firefighters are trying to find the cause of a fire which damaged a house last night.
Crews were sent to Charing Heath, near Ashford, after fencing caught fire in the village.
The flames spread to the outside of the bungalow causing damage to the property in Wind Hill at around 12.30am.
The fire service said eight metres of fencing was destroyed while facias and soffits on the outside of the building were damaged.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is still unknown.
Two fire engines were sent to the scene with crews wearing breathing apparatus and using a hose reel jet to tackle the fire. They were at the scene for almost an hour.
Firefighters then used a ventilation van to clear smoke from the property.
