CONCERN is growing for a 39-year-old man who has not been seen since September last year.

Police belive Vince Dighton, of Beaver Road, Ashford may be living rough in the south Kent.

Mr Dighton was believed to have left his home on Saturday, September 1, and was last seen by a friend in Folkestone town centre that day.

He is described as white, 5ft 10in tall, of medium build with a scar below both eyes.
