Hythe Town boss Scott Porter says they need three more points to be certain of making the Ryman League Division 1 South play-offs for the first time and wants to get them against Worthing on Saturday.
Victory at Whitstable last week carried them past 70 points for the season, just one of an impressive set of statistics in a 14-game unbeaten run which includes 10 wins, scoring 23 goals and conceding only nine.
Porter (pictured) said: "We need one more win from our remaining three games, and I want to get it as soon as possible. Worthing are always a hard team to beat though."
Faversham joined Hythe on 71 points after a 4-2 win at Crawley Down Gatwick on Tuesday night, while inconsistent Leatherhead upset leaders Dulwich 1-0, four days after losing at home to Burgess Hill.
The Reachfields boss is relishing the prospect of four Kent sides possibly being involved in the end of season shoot-out.
He said: "The games will be big for everyone, and should mean big crowds as well, which would help at this stage.
"I won’t mind if we are home or away in the play-offs, because we have done well on the road this season."
Central defender Craig Cloke misses the game due to starting a two game ban, so 35-year old defender Lee Coburn, signed on dual-registration from Kent Invicta League neighbours Ashford United makes his first start.
Porter added: "Lee is very experienced, and I brought him in as cover at centre half, because I didn’t want to switch another player into that position."
