A musician says he was moved to tears after finding out a woman living on the other side of the world had tattooed his song lyrics onto her arm.
Stanislaus Muradzikwa, from Kennington in Ashford, has been making music under the name God's Stunna since he was 16.
He says the impact of the track and having the fan make contact to tell him her story is "worth more than a million views".
After writing a song called "My Way" in 2020, he never could have imagined the impact it would have on one listener more than 4,000 miles away in Victoria, British Columbia in Canada.
The woman who discovered the song said she found it at a dark time in her life and the lyrics have helped her get through tough days.
The song's chorus says: "Took a little time but I got here.
"All I had to do was do it my way.
"Living every day like my last day.
"If I die today I did it my way."
After getting the tattoo, she messaged Mr Muradzikwa, 32, on social media saying: "Your lyrics just really speak to me a lot because now I'm living the life that I've always wanted to live and if I was to die today, I did it my way.
"It's not an obsession, it just really helps me get through my day. I'm really proud of myself and I will continue."
She added: "I was going through the worst times in my life.
"I was abusing myself with drugs and alcohol to get away from my mind.
"But I woke up one day and I called my family, I told them everything.
"I would replay his song over and over again until I could change my way and I did, I got clean and I'm going to keep going.
"Stanislaus saved me, I'm so grateful for his worlds and his attitude to write music that heals people.
"I tattooed it on my body because it was a symbol of how far I am capable of going and doing things my way, and achieving my goals."
When Mr Muradzikwa, a full-time musician, found out, he said: "I was so humbled I cried.
"I look back at that song and as an artist you always think "I could have done better".
"So for her to reach out to me, it is worth more than a million views.
"The reason I started music was for people to relate to and I’ve accomplished that.
"I made the song when I realised at the end of the day you have got to live life your way, follow your passion and stand your ground.
"As long as it's positive, you can never go wrong."
