Three burglars attempted to steal from a house in Ashford before being disturbed by somebody who was still home.

At around 3.15pm on Monday, the intruders entered a house in Canterbury Road, Kennington, near the Conningbrook roundabout with Willesborough Road.

They started searching the property before they were interrupted by one of the house's occupants and fled the scene.

Two of the suspects are white and were wearing dark clothing and blue facemasks.

Officers are investigating the incident and are appealing to anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area, or who has dash cam or CCTV footage which may assist to get in touch.
