An ambulance was called after a teenage bridesmaid suffered a fit in a horse-drawn carriage on a South Ashford roundabout.
The white vehicle was forced to pull over at Brookfield Road, near Matalan, after the medical emergency at 1.30pm on Saturday.
South East Coast Ambulance Service said paramedics treated the 16-year-old girl, who had suffered a suspected seizure.
Witness Darren Turner, who was driving to the Harvester at Kennington, said: "There was a bridesmaid in a pink dress lying on the grass verge.
"The footmen were stood holding two dark horses and there was a police car parked up behind them.
"I hope everyone involved was okay. It looked very distressing."
After receiving treatment, the teenager did not need to be taken to hospital.
