Five men are to stand trial on charges involving a plot to smuggle illegal immigrants out of the United Kingdom to France.
They include Enver Nuredini, 52, of Sturry Road, Canterbury, and Farman Osman, 27, of Bond Road, Ashford.
The three others are Ghulam Abbas, 39, of Camden Street, Nelson, Lancashire, Rebaz Ahmad, 23, of Chalvey West Road, Slough, Berkshire, and Khokon Miah, 45, of Brick Lane, Hackney, East London.
Abbas denied one charge of conspiracy to facilitate commission of a breach of immigration law between December 1 and 4, 2008.
The four others had pleaded not guilty to three conspiracy charges between November 2008 and May last year at an earlier hearing.
Miah also denied obtaining leave to enter or remain in the UK by deception betweeen January and March 2001 by presenting a Bangladeshi passport without proper entry clearance from the authorities.
The five were released on bail to stand trial at Maidstone Crown Court on May 10.
