Forecasters are expecting the return of high temperatures this weekend.
Some parts of Kent could see 25 degrees, a welcome respite from the recent dreary weather.
Saturday is expected to be the hottest of the two days, with the period between midday and 5pm seeing the mercury reach its highest levels.
Canterbury and much of west Kent will be at roughly 24 degrees Celsius.
In Sevenoaks, temperatures of 20 degrees are expected to last from 10am to 9pm on Saturday.
Despite the heat, for much of the time the sun could be shrouded in clouds.
On Sunday, the county will still be hot but only reaching maximum levels of about 20 degrees.
Tunbridge Wells will just edge ahead of that, with a possible high of 21 degrees.
It shouldn't be too windy, with warm air rising from the equator on Saturday and cooler winds coming from the north on Sunday.
