A lorry has overturned on the A20 in Ashford adding to the traffic chaos the town was already suffering thanks to Operation Stack.

The crash happened on the Ashford-bound side between Orchard Heights and the Drovers Roundabout at about 3.45pm.

Kent Fire and Rescue Service said no one was trapped.

Firefighters cleaned up diesel on the road.

An ambulance spokesman said the driver suffered minor injuries to his face and hand.
