A lorry found itself stuck in the mud after mounting a kerb near a busy leisure complex.
The HGV tore up a patch of grass in the Eureka Leisure Park car park, near Bannatyne’s gym, in Ashford, on Friday.
Resident Daren Payne spotted the lorry just before midday on his way to work.
“Apparently it was there in the early hours,” he said.
“It had driven onto the grass and the drivers side tyre was broken.
“The underside front of the truck had a little damage.”
A recovery vehicle was eventually sent to the truck’s rescue after several hours.
