One lucky kmfm listener has started their Bank Holiday weekend by winning £1,000.

KentOnline's sister radio station's 'Thousand Pound Friday' competition invites listeners to enter via text and online for 24 hours - from 6pm on Thursday, through to Friday.

One person is then chosen at random and this month's lucky listener Vicky Stickells from Ashford.

Ms Stickells entered the competition with just minutes to go and received the surprise call after two other entrants didn't answer their phone.
