Motorists are being warned of delays on the M20 heading towards London near the Junction 10 turn-off due to an accident this afternoon.

One lane has been closed and there is heavy traffic on the other two.

Emergency service vehicles, including an ambulance and fire engine, are at the scene.

A spokesperson from Kent Police said: "Kent Police were called at 3.28pm following a single-vehicle collision on the M20 London-bound at Junction 10.

"No serious injuries have been reported but a rolling road block is due to be implemented in order for the car to be recovered."

Highways officials said traffic began to clear at 4.20pm.
