A serial sex attacker dubbed the M25 rapist is being considered for parole after serving less than 14 years.
Antoni Imiela, 63, of Heathside, Appledore, near Ashford received seven life sentences in 2004 after being found guilty of seven rapes, attempted rape and indecent assault during a year-long reign of terror.
Now it has emerged the predator could soon be free to walk the streets after it was claimed he is being considered for parole.
The mother of one of Imiela’s victims told The Sun: “I’m horrified that this ‘thing’ might be back on the streets again.”
His indecent assault of her 10-year-old daughter happened in 2002.
He had snatched the girl from the streets near her home in Birmingham.
It was always claimed by the prosecution to be his final act of defiance.
The mum added: “They should throw the key away for what he did to my daughter.
"She’s a grown woman now and never talks about what happened.”
Mr Justice Owen said at the time of jailing Imiela: “You are a ruthless sexual predator who carefully selected locations in which you could strike on unsuspecting victims, overwhelming them with brute force and in most cases using threats to kill.”
The judge added: “Four of your victims were young girls, you subjected them to humiliating and degrading sexual acts culminating in rape.
“Most thought that they would die at your hands.”
He went on to say Imiela’s assault on his victims were a ‘grotesque parody of consensual relationships’.
For the sevens counts of rape he was given seven life sentences. For kidnap he received 10 years. For indecent assault he received seven years and for attempted rape 12 years.
Imiela also had a string of previous convictions including a series of armed robberies for which he was jailed for 14 years in 1988.
Because of this he received automatic life sentences for each count of rape.
