Police arrest man in 60s and appeal for witnesses after indecent exposure in Trinity Road, Ashford

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man reportedly exposed himself on the side of a busy road.

The incident is said to have happened while he was standing next to Trinity Road, Ashford at around 12:30pm on Thursday (December 5).

A 68-year-old suspect was later arrested and taken into custody.

The Ashford resident was then conditionally bailed pending further inquiries.

DC Ella Leewarden said: “Whilst we are completing our inquiries into this incident, we are appealing to any witnesses to contact us.

“We would also like to hear from anybody who may have seen suspicious behaviour in the same location on a previous occasion.”
