A man was rescued from a car after a two-vehicle smash in Ashford.
Fire crews, police and paramedics were called to the Crowbridge Link, close to the junction with Boys Hall Road, at around 11.30pm last night.
Two cars - a silver Mercedes and a black Ford Fiesta - had crashed, leaving one man trapped.
Firefighters used hydraulic rescue equipment to remove the roof of one of the cars to release the man.
He was taken to hospital with head and chest injuries not believed to be life-threatening.
The other man, in his 30s, was also taken to the William Harvey and treated for spinal injuries.
Fire crews were at the scene of the crash until 12.40am and the road was cleared by 2am.
