A man has been stabbed outside a supermarket in Ashford — in the second knife attack in Kent in a matter of hours.
Police were called to Asda at 6.25am, where a man was found with stab wounds.
He was taken to hospital for further treatment.
Officers are carrying out inquiries at the scene to establish the circumstances of the incident.
A large section of the car park was taped off earlier this morning, but it has since been reopened.
A number of police and forensic vehicles were also at the scene.
Witnesses have reported seeing the injured victim stumble into the supermarket earlier this morning.
One customer also spotted a grey blood stained hoodie on a chair in the entrance to the store.
The store is now fully open after to closing to shoppers earlier.

This is the second stabbing within a matter of hours, as a man has also suffered injuries consistent with stab wounds in Folkestone.
Police have launched an investigation after the man in his 20s was pulled from his car and assaulted at 1.30am this morning in Lower Sandgate Road.
