A man remains in a serious condition a month after he was airlifted to hospital following a crash.
The driver was rushed to King's College Hospital in London following the accident in Ashford Road in Kingsnorth, which involved a blue Vauxhall Vivaro van and a grey Ford Focus.
It happened at the junction with Steeds Lane and Magpie Hall Road, next to Ashford Cricket Club on Thursday, December 2.
Police have confirmed the victim remains in a serious condition in the London hospital.
In total, three people were taken to hospital but two have since been released.
Police arrested a 33-year-old man shortly after the incident and have released him under investigation.
The crash was one of three accidents to happen at the same junction in an eight-day period, speaking calls for a safety review by concerned residents.
But Kent County Council said the accidents were down to “driver behaviour” rather than the safety of the road.
