A man has been treated for smoke inhalation after a fire broke out in a garage.

The fire service says the fire started in a domestic garage and workshop in Cheeseman’s Green Lane near Ashford this afternoon (Thursday, June 22).

Crews used specialist breathing masks, compressed air foam, and a hose reel jet to tackle the blaze.
