The number of people travelling between Ashford and Brussels by Eurostar is rising rapidly.

When the service was re-introduced on February 23 after being axed in November 2007, 11 people boarded the train at Ashford.

Three weeks on, 36 people joined the train at Ashford this morning, according to passengers monitoring use of the station.
