A crash between a lorry and a car on a main road caused rush-hour delays.

It happened on Bad Munstereifel Road, Ashford, at about 6pm, blocking one lane.

A spokesman for Kent County Council, earlier warned: "One lane of two is blocked on the A2070 Bad Munstereifel Road heading towards M20 Junction 10.

"Expect delays in the area.

"Allow extra time for your journey."
