Final preparations are under way for the arrival of the Olympic torch relay in Ashford.
The town is gearing up for one of its busiest days for years.
Thousands expected to descend on Ashford town centre and Hamstreet tomorrow (Wednesday) morning to watch the Olympic torch's visit.
With large crowds and traffic delays expected, Ashford council is urging people to plan ahead to make the most of the big day.
Detailed maps of the route the Olympic torch relay will take can be seen by logging on to www.ashford.gov.uk/ashfordin2012, allowing spectators to pick out a good spot to watch the procession pass by.
Ashford council is urging people to get to their selected viewing point early; spread out along the route and leave the car at home and either walk to the route, take public transport or car share.
Full details of road closures and restrictions are on the website.
A special souvenir edition of the Kentish Express, out on Thursday, will contain up to 12 pages of pictures of the day the Olympic torch visited Ashford and Hamstreet so be sure to pick up your copy from your newsagent or supermarket.
