Police investigating a pervert who pulled up in his car alongside a teenage schoolgirl have issued an e-fit of the suspect.

The 15-year-old girl was walking in Chart Road in Ashford when the incident happened between 8am and 8.30am on Sunday, October 16 last month.

The distressed girl reported the man in a blue or black mini for public indecency after seeing him perform an inappropriate act while he was sat in the driver’s seat.

He then drove off when another person came over to see why the girl was distressed. He is described as being fat or heavily built, aged between 35 and 45 years old with shaved dark brown hair.

He was wearing a brown t-shirt, while the mini is said to have had a white stripe on the bonnet.
