A MAN found dead in his home in Ashford on Tuesday has been identified as 39-year-old Christopher Byrne.

An ambulance crew was called to the house in Littlebrook Road at around 9.15am. Police attended soon afterwards along with scenes of crime officers .

Ashford CID is investigating and officers are speaking with members of the family and neighbours.

John Parker, a Kent police spokesman, said: "The coroner has been notified and a report will be submitted." Mr Byrne's death is not thought to be suspicious.
