A lorry has overturned in a crash close to the Blue and White cafe outside Ashford.

Police have been forced to close the A20 in both directions following the accident, which also involved a car.

Officers were called to Mersham Le Hatch just after 9am this morning, but no serious injuries have been reported.

Fire and ambulance crews were also sent to the scene.
