A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital after an accident on Boys Hall Road.
Emergency services were called just before 3pm after reports of an incident involving a motorcyclist and a car.
Paramedics treated the motorcyclist, who suffered leg injuries, at the scene before taking him to hospital.
Boys Hall Road was closed for approximately two hours before re-opening.
A SECamb spokesman said: "Services were called to the scene just before 3pm after reports of an accident.
"One ambulance and a paramedic car attended the scene after reports of a collision involving a car and motorcycle.
"The motorcyclist suffered injuries including to their leg. He was treated at the scene before being taken to the William Harvey."
