Ambulance and Police crews rushed to Canterbury Road, in Kennington after a schoolboy, 12, was hit by a car

A 12-year-old boy was hit by a car in Kennington this morning as he walked to school.

Police and ambulance crews rushed to Canterbury Road at 7.48am after reports of a collision between a pedestrian and a car.

The boy was treated for minor injuries.
