A family-owned convenience store has gone up for sale.
Aylesford News and Stores in Willesborough, Ashford - which has been run by the same family for 34 years - is on the market for £495,000.
The store sells a range of convenience goods including newspapers, alcohol, tobacco, food to go and lottery tickets and is equipped with refrigerators and display shelving throughout.
A four bedroom flat, with a lounge, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and private garden is also included in the sale price.
Current owner Mayur Amin is looking to sell the business in order to focus on other interests.
He said: "The store has served me well over the past 34 years and I now feel it is the right time to sell the business."
Agent Christie & Co is seeking £495,000 for the freehold interest of the site.

Police are still appealing for information after a shop worker was attacked in the store during a robbery earlier this year.
