Two teenage boys were 'offered sex and sweets' by three men in a car as they played football in Egerton, near Ashford.
The 13-year-olds were at Egerton playing fields, off Rock Hill Road, at 5.30pm on Thursday when a black car pulled up about 25m away.
The three men inside reportedly waved their arms at the boys and asked them for directions to the village church before the conversation turned sinister and they asked the teens if they wanted sweets and sex.
The car then drove off and the boys went home and told their parents what had happened.
Police are investigating but are currently treating it as a sick prank rather than a genuine offer of sex.
Spokesman Lisa Humphries said: "We are making further enquiries and checking CCTV in the area.
"We believe this was a group of young men shouting stupid comments rather than something more sinister. We don't want to frighten anyone.
"The two boys did exactly the right thing - they went home and told their parents what had happened and their parents called police. We would advise any children who experience something similar to tell their parents straight away."
The men are described as white and in their twenties.
The driver was clean shaven with dark hair and his front seat passenger had dark hair and facial hair.
The man in the back of the car may have been blond.
