Hot dogs in Ashford will soon be able to COOL down with a new ice cream made especially for canines.
The new 'mutt-have treat’ is being unveiled to the public at the world famous Crufts dog show this week and goes on sale in Dobbies garden centre at Eureka Park later this month.
The Billy + Margot tail-wagging dog ice cream is being manufactured by ice cream supplier Taywell Ice Creams of Paddock Wood and a 160g tub will cost £2.99.
It was created by nutritionist and dog-lover Marie Sawle who said she was inspired to create the treat after spotting a gap in the market for a refreshing but nutritious iced canine sweet.
It is available in two flavours - Strawberry and apple, along with apple, banana and carrot.
