Police have arrested three men after raiding a rural property in connection with suspected drugs offences.
Officers from the Serious and Organised Crime Unit went to a house in Watery Lane in the village of Westwell near Ashford on Friday, March 3.
They were carrying out a warrant as part of a pre-planned operation, and arrested a 56-year-old man from Rochester and a 53-year-old man from Ashford on suspicion of possessing drugs with the intent to supply.
Cash, mobile phones and drugs paraphernalia were also seized by officers, while a 30-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of money laundering.
The raid also discovered a pregnant spaniel in an outbuilding that was reported missing from Gravesend on Wednesday last week. Arrangements are being made to reunite the dog with its owner.
The three men arrested have all been bailed until Wednesday, April 26 while officers carry out further inquiries.
