Police and paramedics were called to the scene of a three-vehicle crash this morning, where the road still remains partly blocked.

The vehicles collided on the A28 Ashford Road, near Chilham. during this morning's rush hour.

A police spokesman said: "We received a report of a collision involving three cars in Ashford Road at around 8.40am.

"Officers are at the scene along with paramedics following a report of minor injuries.

"The road is still open but partially blocked whilst the vehicles are being recovered."

There were no serious injuries reported.
