Ashford's second Greggs has opened, creating 16 jobs.
The bakery chain has filled the former Carphone Warehouse unit on Ashford Retail Park between Costa and Hobbycraft.
It welcomed customers for the first time on Saturday and will be open from 6am to 8.30pm every day.
Earlier this year, plans to install signs and digital screens at the unit were submitted to Ashford Borough Council.
The scheme was approved by the council earlier this month and contractors have been working to fit out the site in recent weeks.
The move initially split opinion among shoppers on the estate, which is home to numerous businesses – including TK Maxx and B&M – and becomes badly congested at times.
Many felt it would be a good addition to the estate while others thought it would make traffic worse.
The opening comes as Argos has announced it will be closing its store in the retail park 'later this year' as part of the business's plans to reduce the number of standalone shops.
The catalogue giant instead wants to open more collection points in Sainsbury's supermarkets to reduce costs by £105 million by March 2024.
